eSIM konnte nicht aktiviert werden. Nach Fehlversuch wurde der QR-Code als nicht mehr gültig klassifiziert. Vom Support nur automatisierte, nicht lösungsorientierte Anworten und Verweis auf FAQs. Da weiterer Zeiteinsatz den Schaden nur noch vergrößert hätte, musste ich die 17 EUR abschreiben.
Ergebnis: Geld verloren, Wechsel zu einem anderen Anbieter.

Regarding the QR code: according to the GSMA eSIM standard, once a QR code is scanned multiple times or installation attempts fail repeatedly, the device may mark the profile as invalid or already used. This is a security mechanism built into many phones and eSIM platforms.
In most cases, this can be resolved quickly by issuing a new eSIM profile, and our support team normally assists customers with this process.
