Ich bin fassungslos. Nachdem ich eine ESIM für Laos gekauft und bezahlt hatte kam keine ESIM. Der Chat Support völlig chaotisch, meine mehrfachen Mails mit Zahlungsnachweis blieben konsequent ignoriert. Das Geld ist wohl weg. Also Vorsicht!!

Leider nach Bezahlung mit PayPal Download der Sim Karte nicht möglich .Kundenservice hat nach 1.5h noch nicht geantwortet.da ich in Bulgarien bin und bald in die Türkei reise ist eine vorherige Aktivi
Ich hätte gerne eine Antwort auf meine Fragen . Aktivierungscode und qr Code nicht erhalten und Download der esim in App nicht möglich....

We also see that your 3GB package has been nearly fully used. Since eSIMs are region-specific, please note that it cannot be used outside Turkey, which may have caused some confusion.

Gute Preis-Leistung, wenn es denn funktioniert
Meine Freundin und ich haben für Kanada Mobilfunk gebraucht und sind auf RedteaGo gekommen. Der Preis von ca 15€ für 10GB war super.
Die Installation der eSIM auf dem iPhone ist allerdings mühsam, die App kann die eSIM nicht installieren sondern generiert nur einen QR-Code, den man (über ein weiteres Handy) einscannen muss.
Nach der Installation war die eSIM aktiviert, die Verbindung ließ sich aber leider nicht herstellen. Der Support war schnell erreichbar und eifrig, löste mein Problem allerdings nicht - schließlich wurde der Betrag nach über einer Stunde auf mein Bitten rückerstattet.
Bei meiner Freundin hat die Aktivierung ihrer eSIM mehrere Stunden gebraucht, das klappt mit Airalo oder Redbull Mobile deutlich schneller! Die Abdeckung war ok.
